COVID-19 Update: We are accepting and shipping orders, although things might take a couple of days longer than usual.
Our prices are all shown in US Dollars, but we are proudly located in Canada; note that your credit card company may charge a small fee to convert your purchase into Canadian dollars (we use a secure Canadian card processor).
Although we do our best to ensure that all products listed on this site are in-stock, if it turns out a product is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for changes to your order or arrange for a refund.

Our normal payment process is through the payment form on the checkout page; it uses Square, a highly-secure, well-established payment processor. For more information about Square, please read through their About Square and Square Security pages.
For larger orders or for those who do not wish to use Square, we accept payment via wire transfer (e.g. Western Union).
If it’s necessary to send you a Square invoice, the total will be in Canadian Dollars, converted to the equivalent of the US Dollars total for your order.
Although we can accept orders by phone, we will only accept payment — as above — using Square or wire transfer. We do not want you to ever give us credit card details, whether by phone or e-mail.
On your shopping cart page you’ll see shipping options and accurate shipping prices from Canada Post.
We offer free shipping to the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, etc.) and Canada for any order over $100 USD.
For all other orders or if you want faster, paid Shipping
We use real shipping rates. Quite often — depending on the size of the products — multiple items can be added without increasing shipping costs. Example: two or three 100 ml bottles of product might ship for the same cost as a single bottle!
Also note that if you don’t see any “tracked” shipping options, please contact us — there might be an issue with our shipping calculator. We always welcome discussing any concerns you may have about shipping (e.g. alternate carriers, tracking, etc.)
Don’t qualify for free shipping?
We offer free shipping to the continental US and Canada for any order over $100 USD.
For all other orders (smaller orders or those to Europe, etc.) we can’t offer free shipping. Instead we offer shipping to almost anywhere in the world with realistic shipping costs.
If you want to save money on shipping, try adding another bottle or two to your order; often you can ship 2 or 3 bottles of product for the same cost as a single item.
We ship our products to almost any country (North America, Europe, Asia, South America, Australia, Africa) serviced by Canada Post and their international partners.
Note that shipping prices do not include any import duties or taxes you may pay when products arrive from Canada. When your product arrives in your country you may have to pay additional import duties and / or taxes.

Note: If you put together a shopping cart and then proceed to checkout, and your country is not listed in the Country dropdown for the shipping address… sorry, we can’t ship to your country.
Quick Fact #1: We are located in Canada, but shipping overseas is easy-peasy.
Quick Fact #2: We live on a beautiful island off the west coast of British Columbia; it’s called Vancouver Island… but Vancouver is across the straight from us. We have towns with names like “Nanaimo” and “Chemainus”. Our natural environment has long inspired artists, including the famous Emily Carr.
Quick Fact #3: We’re very close to Seattle, Washington, and we share their love of craft beer and locally roasted coffee; nothing really to do with hair products, but just in case you manage to travel here you might be interested 🙂
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product line, we can’t accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped. Before we ship your products, you can ask us to cancel your order for a full refund.
If you receive a product that you’re not happy with, we will attempt to help you contact the product manufacturer.
We can make no guarantee about shipping times or reliability. We only make use of Canada Post for all shipping (Canada, USA, International), and we rely on them for shipping reliability; any issue you may have with shipping is the sole responsibility of Canada Post (and their international partners, as needed), and we will help you contact them with the appropriate information for any shipping issues you may encounter.
